Job Title: UI/UX Senior Associate

We are seeking a talented UI/UX professional with 5 to 7 years of experience to drive design vision, build scalable design systems, and deliver intuitive user-centered digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of UI/UX designers
  • Defining and driving overall design vision and strategy
  • Collaborating with product managers and developers
  • Creating and managing design systems
  • Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
  • Evaluating accessibility standards and responsive principles
  • Working closely with frontend developers

Requirements include:

  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, computer science, or related field

Nice to Have includes:

  • Experience with healthcare or SaaS product design
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies for better developer collaboration
  • Exposure to data visualization and dashboard design
  • Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools
  • Experience with design ops and scaling design processes
