Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can transform raw data into actionable insights supporting business decision-making.

This role requires technical expertise, automation skills, problem-solving ability, and strong communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and organize datasets for analysis.
  • Perform exploratory and advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for management and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
  • Automate reporting and analytical tasks using AI/ML-based tools and scripting.
  • Manage databases ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, SQL, Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Experience with visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience in automation workflows (Python scripts, AI/ML models preferred).
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and build analytical models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp domain knowledge.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
  • Prior experience in MIS, dashboards, or business intelligence reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics or automation platforms.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or database management.
