Leading Data Scientist Role

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing machine learning models for various applications.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing deep learning architectures using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Preprocessing and analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights, fine-tuning models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Deploying ML models into production environments using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge devices.
  • Collaborating with data engineers to build robust data pipelines.
  • Conducting research on emerging AI/ML technologies and applying them to real-world problems.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Performing model evaluation, A/B testing, and error analysis to improve performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • A strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • An understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
