Product Design Professional

We are seeking a skilled Product Design Professional to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Perform product design for analysis in PCBA and fabrication analysis in PCB to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Analyze testability and generate DFT reports to identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal manufacturing teams to define DFx requirements and rules.
  • Mentor the team and guide them towards effective deliverables, including training new and existing members on relevant software and tools.
  • Prepare KPI reports for weekly and monthly operations reviews.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in DFx methodologies, PCBA DFM process, DFT and DFA analysis.
  • Bachelor of Technology (Electronics/Electrical) or Diploma (Electronics/Electrical) degree.

Additionally, we require excellent written and oral communication skills, good analytical skills, coaching and mentoring skills, conflict resolution abilities, and reporting and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To oversee the entire product design process from conceptualization to delivery.
  2. To conduct thorough product analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  3. To work closely with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
  4. To develop and maintain technical documentation.
  5. To stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
