Unit HR Head Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced Unit HR Head to lead our team. This role involves implementing human resources strategies and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Cultivate a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and regular communication.
  • Implement performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in partnership with the corporate HR team.
  • Identify high-potential employees and ensure they participate in development programs.
  • Work with the corporate HR team to enhance employee competencies through individual development plans.
  • Drive recognition and reward programs to motivate top performers.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain key talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs within the unit and collaborate with the corporate L&D team to provide relevant training programs.
  • Lead and mentor the unit HR team to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate + MBA in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
