Job Title: Senior Piping Project Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Piping Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation and review of plot plans, equipment layouts, piping layout drawings, and other engineering documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of piping material specifications, valves specifications, general engineering specifications, and other related documents.
  • Preparation and review of engineering design basis, scope of work, and 3D model reviews.
  • Interdisciplinary checks and coordination.
  • Review and approval of engineering deliverables generated by vendors and designers.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing conceptual plot plans, equipment layouts, MTOs, and budget estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in mechanical or chemical engineering, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in project execution and detailed design in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of relevant ASME, ASTM, API, and OISD codes and standards.
  • Familiarity with SAP system for preparation of PRs, code generation, and other related tasks.
  • Experience in expediting and control of PR, PO delivery, shortfall, and surplus materials substitution.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
