Talent Acquisition Expertise

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles across functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Drive campus hiring and explore partnerships with reputable educational institutions.
  • Maintain a healthy talent pipeline and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a top-tier management institute (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in using ATS, HRMS, and sourcing tools.
