This role is for a skilled Communication Designer who can help us develop visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and identity.

  • Develop visual designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, and website layouts.
  • Create engaging educational content such as presentations, infographics, and video storyboards.
  • Maintain and develop our brand identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all designs align with our messaging and goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

  • Work with the graphic design team to create visual designs for marketing materials.
  • Design engaging educational content such as presentations, infographics, and video storyboards.

Brand Identity:

  • Maintain and develop our brand identity across all platforms.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure all designs align with our messaging and goals.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Skills:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
