Visual Storyteller Role

Holistic Group is seeking a skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases our brand's personality and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and video editing, with experience in creating motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into creative content that resonates with our target audience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design social media creatives, ad banners, brochures, presentations, and brand collaterals.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, events, and corporate communication.
  • Create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance video output.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all graphic and video materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to keep content fresh and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in design and video editing (agency or event/branding industry experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Basic knowledge of sound editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
