Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually stunning presentations and pitch decks that effectively communicate our vision to brands, partners, and collaborators.

As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with our founder, marketing, and brand teams to translate concepts into persuasive visual narratives. Your expertise in graphic design will enable you to create high-quality, impactful deck designs that enhance storytelling and persuade audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality, and impactful deck designs, as well as proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva. You will also have excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout composition skills, as well as strong communication skills to present ideas and design logic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design highly creative, impactful, and visually consistent presentations for music videos, live tours, brand integrations, IPs, and collaborations
  • Define and execute the creative style & tone for each project, ensuring each deck feels unique yet brand-aligned
  • Work closely with the founder, marketing, and brand teams to translate concepts into persuasive visual narratives
  • Create presentation templates, infographics, and mood boards that enhance storytelling
  • Ensure every deck communicates both aesthetic excellence and strategic clarity
  • Adapt designs for various formats — from boardroom presentations to showcases
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with specific expertise in presentations, pitch decks, and corporate storytelling
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality, and impactful deck designs (mandatory for application)
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva
  • Ability to work with brand guidelines while bringing fresh creativity to every project
  • Understanding of brand marketing, visual hierarchy, and persuasive design
  • Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout composition
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and design logic
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have worked on brand pitches or entertainment/media campaigns
  • Can integrate subtle animation or interactive elements into presentations
  • Have a sharp sense of design trends in music, media, and pop culture
