Job Overview

The Business Systems Specialist role plays a pivotal part in the Sales Operations team, ensuring the seamless functioning of sales tools and platforms. This position is based in our Bangalore office in India.

Your Career Path
  • This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy and usability of sales tools through timely resolution of support tickets.

Key sales tools to be supported include Salesforce, Callidus CPQ (FKA Steelbrick), Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

Your Impact on Our Organization
  • Assign, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets from sales users related to Salesforce, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, and other sales tools.
  • Manage a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Handle access and visibility-related issues.
  • Support documentation of best practices and usage.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with internal/external customers and vendors (some technical, some non-technical) in Sales Operations.
  • Showcase skills in continuous learning, flexibility, customer focus, quality commitment, and good relationships.

Your Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certification is required.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with focus on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and sales environment is beneficial.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus skills include knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, Dataloader, and SOQL.
