Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, overseeing their training, development, and performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts and materials
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize plant performance and uptime
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of maintenance practices
  • Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities and performance to senior management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
