Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Expert to lead the development of new business opportunities in our service domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing business, analyzing sectors, markets, and competitors to identify new opportunities, and maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and position our various service offerings to ensure high customer satisfaction index and expand our service business.
  • Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers and influencers through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events.
  • Promote and encourage our service customers to leverage digital technology and new innovative approaches. Position Johnson Controls as their partner throughout their digital transformation journey.
  • Educate and promote OpenBlue digital service portfolio, the IoT, Digital solutions and services within the commercial construction and vertical markets that includes existing install-base as well new customers in various vertical business.
  • Develop and present digital transformation roadmaps to our customers, define projects and implementation and integration recommendations that best match with the customer's existing environment and that meet customer expectations.
  • Develop Service Business strategies. Generate new leads, identify and qualify opportunities to Upsell / Cross Sell and generate additional Pull through Business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to define prototypes and proof of concepts for customer specific development need.
  • Provide accurate and current view of account penetration, sales performance and customer satisfaction including health of the funnel/pipeline. Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Electrical or Computer Engineering with minimum 10-12 years of Sales experience with emphasis on digitalization and digital services.
  • Familiarity with HVAC and Building Management System (BMS), Fire and Security system. Knowledge of common HVAC and electrical building codes, IoT, Cloud offering & Industry 4.0.
  • Have Proven track record and technology expertise to drive solutions and services around Digital and Data driven services, Energy & Asset performance services, Predictive Maintenance analytics, Fault Detection & Diagnostics, System performance monitoring & reporting and Building Performance optimization.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.
