Role Overview:
As a customer support specialist, you will provide timely assistance to international clients via live chat, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with clients via live chat, email, or phone
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Excellent written English skills
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
