Job Title: Operations Project Management Office (PMO)

The Operations PMO is a key role in driving GBS Operational Excellence in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ops Excellence Governance: Develop and implement company Ops Excellence programs, identifying implementation ideas and executing existing plans.
  • Project Management: Lead process improvements, implementing solutions using project management methodologies and training teams in PM best practices.
  • Ops Routines: Drive shared communication meetings, battle of towers, and other ops routines to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal audits, benchmarking analysis, and NPS initiatives to drive growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business administration, engineering, or relevant functional background.
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading operations, projects, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Expert-level MS Excel, Word, and advanced PowerPoint skills.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive data-driven decision making and operations excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving processes and driving results through innovative solutions.
