Workday Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Workday Security Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Workday security features and controls, as well as knowledge of regulatory compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and advising on security within the Workday application. This includes domain security policies, roles, and role assignments. They will also collaborate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain security within Workday application
- Advise on security policies, roles, and role assignments
- Collaborate with vendors to understand new technology scope and association with new functionality and security
- Develop and maintain awareness of data security and comply with policies and procedures
- Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security standards
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Workday security features and controls
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess client needs
- Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, data models organization structures, and roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients
