Job Title: Supply Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will drive supply growth and manage on-ground operations across cities.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and maintaining healthy supply in cities by developing and executing strategies to attract and retain drivers.
  • Managing fleet acquisition & retention, cross-functional teams (GTM, marketing, legal), and driver engagement initiatives to optimize supply growth.
  • Carrying out CSat/PSat activities, driver research & survey activities to gain insights into customer satisfaction and driver preferences.
  • Conducting market share analysis & creating plans to improve our footprints in the market by analyzing competition and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Searching, hiring, and retaining offline & online recruiters to build a strong recruitment pipeline.
  • Establishing relationships with local authorities for effective supply management by building trust and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Buidling GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers by developing and executing go-to-market plans.

Candidates for this role should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in supply chain management or operations.
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience managing large operational teams across cities/regions.
  • Grittiness, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical and qualitative skills to drive results and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment.
