Are you looking for a challenging role in warehouse operations?

This job involves overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You will be responsible for ensuring that warehouse activities are completed within the defined timelines and meet the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Ensure completion of warehouse activities within TAT and meet the defined KPI's
  • Manage warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy
  • Create MIS Reports daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Ensure adherence to healthy, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Generate E-way bill, Good Receipt, and check bills of vendors as per agreement
  • Work closely with internal and external team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a similar profile with e-commerce/fulfillment centers
  • Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree with knowledge of MS Office and Google docs
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week
