Job Overview

As a Senior Technical Architect - IT Infrastructure, you will design and develop distributed systems architecture similar to public cloud platforms. This role requires expertise in containers, Kubernetes, and hybrid virtualization environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture Design: Develop architectural designs for distributed systems, including the integration of microservices, event-driven systems, and container orchestration.
  • Technology Evaluation & Strategy: Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and design patterns for each project, considering performance, cost, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Infrastructure & DevOps Alignment: Define infrastructure as code (IaC) strategies and embed DevOps, AIOps, and MLOps practices into system delivery pipelines.
  • Data & Integration Architecture: Design secure, high-performance system architectures using various databases such as PgSQL, MongoDB, Redis, InfluxDB, Kafka, and ESB patterns.
  • Scalability & Resilience: Leverage knowledge of distributed computing, SDN/SDS, and container orchestration to build robust systems capable of handling high throughput with minimal latency and failure recovery.
  • UML & Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive UML models, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation to effectively communicate design intent.
  • Mentorship & Governance: Provide architectural oversight, code-level guidance, and mentorship to development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in designing and developing distributed systems architecture
  • Strong understanding of containers, Kubernetes, and hybrid virtualization environments
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) strategies

  • Understanding of data and integration architecture
  • Ability to design secure, high-performance system architectures
