Senior Technical Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect to play a key role in designing and documenting the overall system architecture for our Medicaid healthcare systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the system architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines.
  • Create architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams to support the system architecture.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Review solutions to ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a technical architect in the healthcare domain, preferably in Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks knowledge is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Prior experience in Medicaid systems / government healthcare programs is highly preferred along with familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Candidates based in Hyderabad who can visit the office will have an added advantage.
