Senior Research Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Research Manager to join our client service team. As a key intermediary between business and clients, you will play a crucial role in meeting client needs and assisting in developing new business.

About the Role

The Senior Research Manager will be responsible for developing a liaison between clients and business on project-related issues with supervision. This involves day-to-day involvement with projects, including drafting research proposals, questionnaire design, data analysis, interpretation, and development of recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Drafting and presenting research proposals and findings
  • Leading data analysis and interpretation efforts
  • Collaborating with senior team members to develop recommendations
  • Monitoring project costs and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in client service and quantitative research techniques
  • Education qualification - MBA
  • Knowledge of market research
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
