About the Role:

As a seasoned organic search specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving qualified traffic and improving search rankings for our B2B SaaS organization. Your expertise in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies will contribute significantly to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audience
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and landing pages for search engines and user experience
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments
  • Manage technical SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, indexation, and site speed
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings
  • Support international SEO efforts, including hreflang implementation and geo-targeting
Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics or similar
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • Understanding of paid search and how it complements organic efforts
