Job Title: Resource Optimization Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our team as a Resource Optimization Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing resource utilization across multiple projects and departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of resource allocation and ensure data integrity in our resource management systems.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify current and future staffing needs and ensure alignment between resource availability and project requirements.
  • Support in forecasting resource demand and resolving conflicts that may arise.
  • Prepare regular reports on resource availability, usage, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of project resources and communicate regularly with project managers to understand staffing and capacity challenges.

Requirements:

  • 4+Years of Experience in Resource Management
  • Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Resource Management Tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SAP, MS Project, D365)
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Multitask and Manage Priorities in a Fast-Paced Environment
