About the Role:

  • Plan and manage training, roll-out, and communications to ensure successful adoption of new processes, incorporating change management and support.
  • Document requirements and translate stakeholder needs into clear deliverables, defining requirements gathering approaches and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Drive change management and enablement across the organization, serving as a change analyst when needed to set teams up for success related to ways of working changes.
  • Analyze current states and desired future states of focus areas, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations on problems to be solved and potential solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience in technology roles, business analysis, project management, or related fields, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
