Key Responsibilities

Pace Active seeks a talented Merchandising Specialist to oversee all aspects of apparel production.

  • Develop and implement effective sample development strategies in collaboration with the design team.
  • Ensure seamless communication between production teams, resolving technical or production issues as needed.
  • Optimize product costing and selling prices through efficient fabric usage, trim procurement, and production process monitoring.
  • Conduct regular quality checks at key production stages, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate production tracking documents and provide timely updates on production status.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align delivery timelines, material availability, and order fulfillment.
  • Manage and track production schedules from development through bulk manufacturing, ensuring timely completion for seasonal collections and special projects.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production processes. Relevant experience in apparel production merchandising is essential, with a focus on activewear or sportswear segments.

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in apparel production merchandising.
  • Hands-on experience working in in-house manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular) and production tracking systems.
