Job Title: Visual Merchandising Specialist

Create an immersive shopping experience for our customers as a key player in visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product trends, materials, and styles. Foster strong relationships with the product department to ensure seamless communication and feedback.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting specific customer needs. Apply approved methods to deliver outstanding results.
  • Visual Merchandise: Implement and improve visual merchandising standards to enhance product display and store image. Analyze and display products according to guidelines, optimizing furniture for store displays.
  • Product Reception: Manage product delivery and replenishment procedures efficiently. Ensure timely receipt of products.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead a team of visual commercial specialists, guiding them to perform duties efficiently. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in inventories, following company procedures. Teach security procedures to minimize inventory loss rates.
  • Stock Management: Organize stock room procedures and maintain up-to-date records on stock rotation.
