Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple transition projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, decisions, actions, and updates as required.
  • Support internal and customer issues as the first escalation point.
  • Drive governance meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Plan, conduct, and manage relevant trainings for the transitions team.
  • Participate in or conduct assessments to gauge the training needs of the team.
  • Understand strategic business objectives and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs / RFIs and pre-sales support.
  • Identify and define business cases; determine project tasks and resource requirements; develop detailed project charters, project plans, and transition plans based on solution complexity, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Optimize the transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks, and retain/improve quality.
  • Be responsible for risk management – understand business and operational risks and develop mitigation plans. Drive process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Responsible for creating and/or maintaining project management documents, including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects and support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.
