We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that vendors and other third parties meet the required criteria for insurance certificates.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Communicating insurance requirements to vendors and contractors, assisting them in obtaining and submitting the necessary documentation.">
  • Following up with vendors and brokers to ensure timely receipt of certificates.">
  • Monitoring and tracking all certificates, promptly escalating issues to the business as needed.">
  • Tracking insurance expiration dates and renewals, proactively working with vendors to obtain updated certificates.">
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including procurement, legal, and risk management teams, to ensure consistency in insurance requirements and compliance processes.">
  • Responding to inquiries from vendors, internal departments, and external partners regarding insurance-related matters.">
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient processes and tools to enhance insurance compliance activities.">
  • Supporting audits and assessments related to insurance compliance and risk management.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or a related field is preferred.">
  • Strong skills in Excel and email writing.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance concepts to different stakeholders.">
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.">
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to insurance compliance is a plus.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the effective identification and resolution of insurance compliance issues.">
