About Our Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our Human Resources Business Partner and Total Rewards functions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Serve as strategic advisor to senior management on organization design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
- Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Responsibilities:
- Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.
- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
- Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
- Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
- Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.
