The role of a Vice President involves leading strategic people initiatives, driving HR transformation, and shaping culture.

To excel in this position, you must be an innovative leader with a strong ability to translate business goals into effective people strategies. Your expertise in AI-powered HR processes, global governance, organization design, and succession planning will be invaluable in driving success across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving cross-functional global initiatives, such as M&A, global org integration, and scale-up.
  • Digitizing all core HR processes using AI/ML and automation platforms.
  • Implementing predictive analytics in engagement and performance.
  • Reducing manual HR operations by 40–50% and driving HR efficiency at scale.

In addition, the successful candidate will lead the annual HR cycle, including goal setting, performance, compensation, and benefits. They will also execute internal mobility and succession planning programs for key roles, design and deliver global leadership development programs, own the end-to-end design of global people policies, and ensure compliance, scalability, and people-first principles.

A culture-focused approach is also essential, launching a culture audit and performance-focused culture operating system, building and scaling DEI and R&R programs, and driving RateGain's position as a Great Place to Work. The role requires experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders.
