Job Opportunity: Enterprise Architect
Enterprise Architecture Role

As a member of our global enterprise architecture team, you will play a vital role in shaping the digital future of our organization.

  • You will be responsible for leading enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving strategic decisions.
  • Lead IT transformation programs focused on optimizing application portfolios to support business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure seamless interoperability of different applications within the enterprise, adhering to modern integration patterns and domain-driven design principles.
  • Provide architectural guidance and governance for new solutions, services, and ensure their compliance with existing architectural landscapes.
  • Define intentional architecture as a purposeful set of statements, models, and decisions representing a desired future state, and derive the roadmap to achieve this state.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish IT as an enabler and partner for value proposition, ensuring that enterprise architecture initiatives meet business needs.
  • Drive decision-making from fact-based information through the use of the enterprise repository.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience with corresponding additional skills.
  • Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on IT transformation programs in an enterprise context.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Management principles, relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience with LeanIX for EAM is a plus.
  • Sound understanding of Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, and Technology Architecture concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and key collaborators.
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing business needs, and drive alignment with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and emerging technologies; familiarity with application portfolio management tools and techniques is a plus.
