As a seasoned SAP expert, we are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our SAP Procurement Process initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic SAP transformation deals with a global scope, delivering significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute SAP adoption strategies aligned with digital transformation goals.
  • Lead large-scale SAP transformation projects, ensuring seamless end-to-end solutioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape deal strategies and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Design, present, and lead client meetings, orals, and workshops to showcase solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions and methodologies.
  • Drive innovation and provide delivery assurance in existing accounts, leveraging expertise to enhance capabilities.
  • Support the development of solutions and offerings within the Capability COE, providing expert guidance to projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of primary process areas and integrations with other process streams.
  • Proven functional background in Sourcing & Procurement.
  • Exceptional understanding of S/4HANA Procurement of Materials (Direct & Indirect) & Services, Inventory Management, Special procurement process, Invoicing, and VIM.
  • Experience with Ariba Upstream & Downstream functions.
  • Functional knowledge of RFX, Bidding, Auctions, Contracts, SLP, Sourcing, and Commerce automation Modules.
  • Global implementation experience and agile working methods.
  • Deep understanding of Greenfield/Brownfield (System Conversion), Architecture, and Configuration of SAP S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience integrating SAP ERP solutions with other SAP & Non-SAP solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to articulate business language and translate solution propositions into business value.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A good understanding of at least one industry domain and a complete value chain.
Qualification
  • Hold a relevant certification in core areas of SAP S/4HANA.
