Corporate Sales Executive Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth: Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and execute targeted sales initiatives to drive corporate sales growth.
  • Cross-Sell and Upsell: Cross-promote banquet/event facilities to restaurant clientele, driving synergy sales through value-added services, and tailor sales strategies to high-value events, premium clientele, and niche markets to increase revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Network and Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with corporate networks and decision-makers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate with operations, culinary, and service teams to design customized event experiences aligned to premium brand positioning, negotiate rates, terms, and contracts within approved parameters to ensure profitability, and track, maintain, and update sales pipelines and client records in the CRM system, enabling data-driven sales decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationship building skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, and service teams, to design customized event experiences aligned to premium brand positioning.
