Senior AI Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Systems Analyst with expertise in gathering complex business requirements, designing user-centric screen layouts, and creating comprehensive testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AI technologies, experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation, and a proven track record of collaborating with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering and Documenting Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
• Conducting Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Defining AI-Driven Functionalities: Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
• Collaborating with AI Specialists: Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.

Screen Layout Design:

• Designing User-Centric Screen Layouts: Create rough screen layouts using spreadsheet tools or design software such as Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Aligning with UX Principles: Ensure designs align with user experience (UX) principles and stakeholder expectations.

Testing Plan Development:

• Creating Comprehensive Testing Plans: Develop comprehensive testing plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure module functionality and performance, including AI components.
• Collaborating with QA Teams: Collaborate with QA teams to validate testing outcomes and address issues.

Agile Methodology:

• Participating in Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Breaking Down Epics: Break down epics into user stories and ensure their readiness for development teams.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Effective Communication: Effectively communicate with US-based personnel, ensuring clarity and alignment on project requirements and deliverables.
• Facilitating Smooth Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
• Demonstrated Experience: Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.

Ai Expertise:

• Foundational Understanding: Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
• Experience with LLM: Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tools: Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
• Knowledge of Testing Frameworks: Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Developer Background: Developer background
• Cursory Knowledge of SQL: Cursory knowledge of SQL

Agile Expertise:

• Hands-On Experience: Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
• Leading Scrum Meetings: Ability to lead scrum meetings a plus

Communication:

• Strong Verbal and Written Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• International Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with international teams, specifically US-based personnel.
• Work Hours: Availability to work during US East Coast daytime hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
