A passionate sex therapist seeks to combine therapeutic expertise with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial calls with potential clients addressing psychological and sexual health issues.
  • Establish trust and build rapport during calls, guiding clients towards support needs.
  • Pitch suitable treatment packages and plans, demonstrating alignment with client goals.
  • Communicate benefits and outcomes effectively, addressing concerns and questions.
  • Closely onboard clients into treatment processes.
Therapeutic Support:
  • Offer brief therapeutic guidance during initial calls, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client needs, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Refer or resource clients not immediately ready for treatment.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with therapists, ensuring seamless transitions from calls to ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, keeping information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in continuously improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings through feedback on client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Sex Therapy, or related field.
  • Certification or licensure in sex therapy or related field (dependent on location requirements).
  • Prior experience in sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, building rapport quickly and addressing client needs empathetically.
  • Excellent understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues.
  • Able to pitch and close sales professionally and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
