UAV Design Engineer Position

Pavaman Aviation is a cutting-edge aerospace technology company focused on designing and developing advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for defense, commercial, and industrial applications.

We are seeking a skilled UAV Design Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in aircraft design, aerodynamics, CAD modeling, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptual and detailed design of UAV airframes and sub-systems.
  • Perform aerodynamic analysis and optimization of UAV configurations.
  • Design structural components and assemblies using advanced composite materials.
  • Develop detailed 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Work closely with electronics, propulsion, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Conduct structural and thermal analysis to validate design performance.
  • Participate in UAV prototyping, assembly, ground testing, and flight trials.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in UAV or aircraft design.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and FEA/CFD tools.
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and structural design.
  • Experience with composite materials and UAV fabrication techniques.
