Job Title: Structural Design Expert

Lead a team of skilled engineers to deliver complex structural projects on time and within budget.

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients and structural design engineers to produce innovative designs.
  • Implement effective staff training initiatives and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure the successful execution of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  2. Manage project risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop mitigation strategies.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and meet customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in structural engineering design, construction management, and project leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
