Job Title: Technical Professional

This role involves working on the overall health analysis and troubleshooting of push-to-talk communications solutions. You will work with customers to ensure a seamless usage of PTT services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide 24/7 support for critical services agreed with the customer.
  • Troubleshoot complicated, cross-platform issues involving OS, Networking, and Database in a cloud-based SaaS environment.
  • Deploy the Push-To-Talk application and configure the network for communication across servers.
  • Monitor network performance, application performance, and service integrity.
  • Develop tools and provide web services to parse application logs, system health information, and network captures.
Key Requirements:
  • Familiarity with basic networking protocols
  • Background in Linux/Unix Administration
  • Web-based applications debugging skills
  • Docker and Azure fundamentals
  • Brief understanding of AWS CloudWatch
