Job Title: Data Access Specialist

Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Identity and Access Management – Data Services function.

Key responsibilities include ensuring native Userdata is aggregated to Onecert, adhering to established processes without deviations, and achieving monthly metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros, and strong English language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refresh Userdata to Onecert periodically, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload Userlists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and follow defined escalation processes to source Userlists.
  • Fulfill requests raised by business/stakeholders to source Userlists and SAM Documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for Userlist sourcing and work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highlight/mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and The Bank.
  • Maintain and enhance IAM process in collaboration with IAM leaders.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong team work, and communication to the team.
  • Review Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Lead the IAM Data Services team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel VBA and Macros.
