Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in designing and implementing technical solutions, with at least 2 years in AI or related fields.
  • Strong background in solution architecture, designing scalable and high-performance systems.
  • Experience working with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with languages and technologies like NodeJS, Python, Angular, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in Generative AI technologies, including working with models like GPT, DALL-E, or BERT.
  • Experience in cloud architectures, including Azure, AWS, or GCP, particularly in deploying AI solutions at scale.
  • Proven experience leading multiple teams and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • A background in AI ethics, model governance, or regulatory compliance.
