We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead / Architect to drive the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design scalable GenAI solutions that integrate with workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector similarity search and graph-based reasoning technologies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven business solutions.
  • Establish patterns and reusable frameworks for GenAI applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Evaluate new GenAI models, services, and orchestration strategies to accelerate business adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI solution architecture and applied machine learning workflows.
  • Proficiency with orchestrating complex workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of vector databases and embeddings, with hands-on experience using pgvector.
  • Experience in graph databases, ideally for building knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, prompt engineering, and model deployment strategies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 6+ years of overall work experience, out of which at least 3+ years in AI solution development.
