Key Data Engineering Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to play a critical role in managing the backbone of our analytics.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that fuel real-time insights for global maritime operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role using SQL, PySpark, and AirFlow. A strong understanding of Data Lake and Data Warehouse design best practices is essential.

  • Create & maintain data highways: Develop cloud-based data lakes, warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, process, and deliver data from various sources.
  • Ensure system reliability: Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure scalability for 24/7 operations.
  • Protect sensitive data: Implement data quality checks, encryption, and compliance standards to safeguard maritime telemetry and operational data.

The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex data concepts, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
