Data Engineer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Data Engineer to lead our Microsoft Fabric solutions. As a key member of our team, you will design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, integrating with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.

You will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.

Staying up-to-date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends, you will recommend improvements and define data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.

You will establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric, monitoring and optimizing data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience in data engineering with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
