We are seeking a seasoned Lead Technical Strategist to provide vision and technical leadership in our business. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in driving technology innovation and strategy alignment.

This role requires a deep understanding of current technological trends and emerging technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and disseminating technology strategies that meet the company's short and long-term goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business objectives

• Ensure that technological resources meet the company's needs

• Outline research and development goals

• Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure

• Create timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services

• Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage

• Help departments use technology profitably

• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

• Build quality assurance and data protection processes

• Monitor KPIs to assess technological performance

• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

• Stay up-to-date with technology trends and developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role

• Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Understanding of budgets and business-planning

• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

• Excellent communication skills

• Leadership and organizational abilities

• Strategic thinking

• Problem-solving
