Job Title: Senior Digital Product Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced product owner for marketing technology with healthcare and life science expertise. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the development and management of our global digital hub that serves healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Work closely with development teams to create and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Evaluate product requirements and ensure they are clearly defined and documented.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products.
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role in a technology/healthcare/FMCG company.
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA.
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is mandatory.
Technical Expertise
  • Must have experience in digital technologies of B2C/B2B/e-commerce websites, CMS, cloud DB, CRM, integration & other API services, web analytics, SEO, mobile apps development.
  • Experience in CMS tools like Stackbit, Contentful, Figma, Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage.
  • Understanding/expertise of ETL tools, Data Lake, and dashboard visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
  • Ability to maintain superior technical expertise in the above areas and visualize opportunities for growth.
  • Anticipates and avoids technical problems/bad designs while quickly identifying root causes and implementing solutions/workarounds.
  • Recognized as a technology expert within the organization and actively seeks best trends.
  • Implements and supports strategic architecture initiatives.
  • Effectively uses MS Teams, Point, Project, Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Mural for communication and resource management.

  • A sense of urgency and an eye for detail ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Enthusiastic with strong relationship management skills and objective-oriented focus.
  • Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.
