Job Description: Senior Operations Manager - Digi-Flex

As a Senior Operations Manager at Digi-Flex, you will be responsible for managing a team that supports FireTV global content business partners. Your primary goal will be to ensure the quality of content and services provided to customers.

You will be working closely with the FireTV Catalog Quality Operations team to onboard providers, integrate catalogs, and perform quality checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication, owning program-specific goals, and ensuring business processes are well-documented and updated.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stakeholder communication across different sites on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
  • Ownership of program-specific goals around SLA, quality, and productivity.
  • Ensuring business processes are well-documented and continuously updated.
  • Responsible for identifying customer-impacting issues, coming up with solutions, and implementing them with business partners.
  • Working with product and technical teams to build and improve tools and technology to support the process.
  • Defining, measuring, and presenting operating metrics to ops leaders and business partners.
  • Managing people performance and supporting career progression.
  • Participating in hiring and mentoring to create a leadership talent pipeline.

This role requires a strong track record of meeting and exceeding high service delivery standards, as well as experience in driving process excellence and productivity improvement. You should be able to independently conduct deep dives to aid problem-solving and identify continuous process improvement opportunities globally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate with 6+ years of experience in operations/program management, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing people.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
  • Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Operations, program, and account management skills.
  • Individuals with a passion for movies.
  • Background in web search.
