Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data science initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing machine learning models, building software development solutions, and applying data science methods to drive business insights.

The selected individual will take ownership of delivering features and improvements on time, ensuring timely project completion. We prioritize candidates with strong programming skills and extensive experience with Python, as well as professional experience working with LLMs, transformers, and open-source models from HuggingFace.

Candidates should be knowledgeable in classic machine learning algorithms, such as NLP, SVM, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, KNN, etc., and have experience using deep learning libraries and platforms, including PyTorch.

Additionally, applicants should demonstrate proficiency with frameworks like Sklearn, Numpy, Pandas, Polars, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills and extensive experience with Python
  • Professional experience working with LLMs, transformers, and open-source models from HuggingFace
  • Knowledgeable in classic machine learning algorithms (NLP, SVM, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, KNN etc.)
  • Experience using deep learning libraries and platforms, such as PyTorch
