About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced performance marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and designing Google and Meta campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies for Google and Meta platforms
  • Manage and optimize data analysis and reporting to drive business growth

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (full-time)
  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on digital channels
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills
