Marketing Executive Job Description

Established in 1989, a leading manufacturer of frozen desserts is a fast-growing company with state-of-the-art manufacturing units and distributors across Eastern India.

The company offers a range of products catering to various tastes and preferences. Its products are available in over 20,000 retail outlets and 600 pushcarts, priced between Rs 5-50 for a single consumption pack.

The company has a presence in 15 states and aims to be available pan India.

 

Job Role:Campaign Development
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives using ATL and digital marketing channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently allocating resources across ATL and digital platforms.
Above-the-Line (ATL) Marketing
  • Coordinate with creative agencies to develop impactful TV, radio, print, POS & retail merchandising creatives.
  • Track and analyze ATL campaign performance through MIS reporting assessing reach and effectiveness.
Digital Marketing & Optimization
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for digital platforms ensuring content consistency and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies for creation of digital content.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
  • Monitor and analyze ATL and digital campaign performance generating reports to measure success against key performance indicators.
Budget Tracking
  • Support the tracking of relevant budgets ensuring expenses are within allocated budget limits.

 

Qualifications and Skills

MBA in Marketing with 3-4 years of experience in ATL and digital marketing preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
