Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team in a high-impact role that directly influences the bottom line of our business. In this position, you will be responsible for modeling forecasting problems and analyzing specific instances of risk to develop scalable solutions for prevention.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze forecast variances and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using data and metrics to drive end-to-end delivery and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Design and build software systems, risk models, and operational processes that minimize risk and maximize trust in our online marketplace.
  • Apply a breadth of tools, data sources, and analytical techniques to answer high-impact business questions and present insights in concise and effective manner.
">Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
